BVA 2017 was a huge success! Thank you to all our vendors, sponsors, and honored guests.

The Board of Directors and staff of the Colorado Latino Leadership, Advocacy and Research Organization (CLLARO) host an annual fundraiser.  CLLARO, formerly the Latin American Research and Service Agency (LARASA), was founded in 1964 to address the needs of Latinos in education, youth motivation, job development, training and employment, health and welfare, housing, and community resources. Through a modern lens, our work is focused on addressing needs in the Latino community related to health, education, and aging.

Each year, the Colorado Latino Leadership, Advocacy and Research Organization (CLLARO) honors individuals who consistently demonstrate their commitment to supporting the Latino community by hosting an awards event and fundraiser to honor the first Chairman of CLLARO’s board, Bernard “Bernie” Valdez, as well as the long-lasting efforts of community leaders who are improving the lives of Latinos across the state. Award categories include Social Justice, Education, Public Policy, and Community Service.
